Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: berries, nuts, seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, yogurt, honey, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Add your favorite toppings.
