Description
A refreshing and healthy peach sorbet.
Ingredients
- 4 cups ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine peaches, water, and sugar/honey in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until peaches soften.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a smoother sorbet, blend again after initial freezing.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
