Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
