Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, crumbled sausage, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the balls are baking, melt the butter.
  8. Brush the baked balls with melted butter.
  9. Serve warm.
