Delicious and easy Honey Soy Glazed Chicken Thighs recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 1.5 lbs
- Soy sauce: 1/2 cup
- Honey: 1/4 cup
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 tsp, grated
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds: for garnish
- Green onions: for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place chicken thighs in the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Baste the chicken with the marinade during cooking.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot.

- You can grill the chicken thighs instead of pan-frying.
- Adjust the amount of honey to your taste.
