Flavorful Korean-inspired beef rice bowls.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooked rice
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Marinate beef in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry beef until cooked.
- Serve beef over rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

- Adjust spice level with chili flakes.
