Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (8 oz)
- Gochujang (2 tbsp)
- Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Ginger (1 tsp, grated)
- Cooked Rice (1 cup)
- Broccoli Florets (1 cup)
- Carrots (1/2 cup, sliced)
- Sesame Seeds (1 tbsp)
- Green Onions (2, chopped)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken until done.
- Steam or roast broccoli and carrots.
- Assemble bowl: rice, chicken, vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
