Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast (8 oz)
  • Gochujang (2 tbsp)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Ginger (1 tsp, grated)
  • Cooked Rice (1 cup)
  • Broccoli Florets (1 cup)
  • Carrots (1/2 cup, sliced)
  • Sesame Seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Green Onions (2, chopped)


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
