Description
Delicious and moist muffins with maple syrup, banana, and walnuts.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Do not overmix.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Fill muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute other nuts.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
