A delicious and healthy Maple Garlic Chicken Bowl.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1 lb
- Sweet potato: 1 large
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups
- Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Cooked quinoa or rice: for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cube sweet potato. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Marinate chicken in maple syrup, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Cook chicken in a pan until cooked through.
- Steam or roast broccoli.
- Assemble bowls with quinoa/rice, chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli.
