Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 6-8
- Maple syrup: 1/4 cup
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the maple garlic mixture over the chicken, ensuring each thigh is coated.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
