Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (2),

- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano),

- Plain Greek yogurt (1 cup),
- Cucumber (1),
- Garlic (2 cloves),
- Lemon juice,

- Cooked quinoa or rice
Instructions
- Marinate chicken: Combine lemon juice, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken breasts.
- Cook chicken: Grill, bake, or pan-fry chicken until cooked through.
- Make tzatziki: Grate cucumber, squeeze out excess water. Mix with yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble bowls: Slice chicken. Add quinoa/rice, chicken, tzatziki, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
- Serve: Enjoy with pita bread.
