Ingredients
- Oreo cookies: 20 (for the crust and filling)
- Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
- Cream cheese: 16 ounces, softened
- Powdered sugar: 1 cup
- Heavy cream: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies for the crust. Mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Crush some Oreo cookies for the filling.
- Fold the crushed Oreos into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Garnish with Oreo cookies before serving.
