Ingredients
- Graham cracker crumbs: 1 1/2 cups
- Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
- Unsalted butter, melted: 6 tablespoons
- Cream cheese, softened: 16 ounces
- Powdered sugar: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced: 2 cups
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Fold in sliced strawberries.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve cold.

- For a smoother filling, beat the cream cheese until very creamy.
