Ingredients

  • 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken, making sure to coat them evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
