Ingredients
- 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add some chopped vegetables like broccoli or potatoes to the sheet pan.
