A simple one-pot meal with creamy chicken and rice.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (2)
- Rice (1 cup)
- Chicken broth (3 cups)
- Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
- Onion (1, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Brown chicken, then set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic.
- Add rice and cook briefly.
- Pour in broth.
- Return chicken to pot.
- Simmer until rice is cooked.
- Stir in cream.
- Season and serve.
