Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (2)
- Pasta (8 oz)
- Spinach (5 oz)
- Sun-dried tomatoes (1/2 cup)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)
- Chicken broth (2 cups)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Onion (1/2)
- Italian seasoning (1 tbsp)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil.
- Brown chicken in the same pot. Remove chicken.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, and sun-dried tomatoes to the pot.
- Cook until pasta is almost done.
- Add spinach and heavy cream.
- Return chicken to the pot.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
