Description
A super easy and delicious peach cobbler dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, undrained
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into small pieces
- Cinnamon, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the undrained peaches into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches.
- Dot the top with butter pieces.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- You can use fresh peaches, but you’ll need about 4 cups, sliced.
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the peaches.
