A super easy and delicious peach cobbler dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, undrained
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into small pieces
  • Cinnamon, to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the undrained peaches into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches.
  4. Dot the top with butter pieces.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • You can use fresh peaches, but you’ll need about 4 cups, sliced.
  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the peaches.
