Description
These pepperoni pizzadillas are a quick and easy lunch option for kids, made with tortillas, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
- 2 tortillas, 8-inch
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini pepperoni
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of pepperoni over the sauce on each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the folded pizzadillas in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for added fiber.
- Add other toppings like diced bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Adjust pepperoni quantity to taste.
