Ingredients
- Chicken breast (8 oz)
- Broccoli florets (2 cups)
- Sesame oil (1 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Ginger (1 tsp, minced)
- Garlic (1 tsp, minced)
- Honey (1 tsp)
- Rice vinegar (1 tbsp)
- Sesame seeds (1 tbsp)
- Cooked rice (1 cup)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Steam or roast broccoli until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned.
- Add sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens.
- Add broccoli to the pan. Toss to coat.
- Serve chicken and broccoli over rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.

- Adjust the amount of honey to your taste.
