Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Pour glaze over chicken.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and glaze has thickened.
- Serve immediately.
