Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour sauce over chicken thighs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
