Ingredients

- Cooked rice (2 cups)
- Honey (1/4 cup)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Sriracha (1-2 tbsp, or to taste)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- Serve chicken over rice. Garnish with green onions.
