Description
A quick and easy stir-fry with tender chicken and a sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and onion; cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce to your preference.
- You can add other vegetables, such as broccoli or snap peas.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
