Description
Oven-baked chicken bites with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, place cornstarch.
- Coat each chicken piece in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Place chicken in the skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
