Description

A refreshing and flavorful taco pasta salad. Perfect for a quick meal or a party side.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine cooked pasta, meat mixture, salsa, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and olives in a large bowl.
  5. Mix well and chill before serving.

Notes

  • You can add other toppings like avocado or cilantro.
  • For a vegetarian version, use a plant-based meat substitute.
