Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1 lb
- Teriyaki sauce: 1/2 cup
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups
- Carrots, sliced: 1 cup
- Bell pepper, sliced: 1 cup
- Cooked rice: 2 cups
- Sesame seeds: for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken until done. Dice.
- Steam or stir-fry vegetables.
- Assemble bowl: rice, chicken, vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
