Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs steak
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Marinate the steak: Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the steak: Grill steak to desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
- Assemble the salad: Toss mixed greens, corn, and red onion.
- Add steak and cheese: Top salad with sliced steak and gorgonzola cheese.
- Drizzle and serve: Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
