Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown ground beef. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked pasta.
- Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
