Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour honey garlic sauce over shrimp and cook for another minute until sauce thickens.
- Divide quinoa, broccoli, and carrots into meal prep containers.
- Top with honey garlic shrimp.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
