Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine pasta, vegetable broth, and garlic powder in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
