  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and cook until melted.
